As a Brand Ambassador, you'll gain exclusive perks:
Personal Discount: Enjoy a 25% discount on our luxurious, made-to-order designer fashion, home, and lifestyle goods. Some exclusions may apply.
Monthly Styling Stipend: Earn your way toward a monthly allowance in the form of account credits to keep you, your wardrobe, and your home fresh and on-trend. More details are provided to selectees.
Profit Sharing: Brand Ambassadors who have partnered with Diodomo for a minimum of 1 year and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to growing our brand may become eligible to earn a share of profits from the products they sell.
Wide Exposure: A spotlight feature on our official social media channels to reach a broader audience.
Interested candidates should complete the form and submit a sample of your best content for consideration. We will reach out to selected candidates of interest within 10 business days. If you don't hear from us, we've likely decided not to pursue a partnership at this time. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding submissions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Diodomo Brand Ambassador Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program operated by Diodomo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By applying to become a Brand Ambassador, you ("Ambassador," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not apply or participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.
2.2 You must have an active social media presence on multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, and TikTok.
3. Application Process
3.1 Interested candidates must complete the application form provided on our website and submit a sample for consideration.
3.2 We aim to process all submissions within 10 business days. If you have not heard from us within that timeframe, we have likely decided not to pursue a partnership at this time. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding individual submissions.
3.3 Only selected candidates will be contacted by Diodomo.
3.4 Submission Limit: Each candidate is allowed to submit only one submission per calendar year. If you have recently submitted a form, you must wait twelve (12) months from the submission date before submitting again.
4. Ambassador Responsibilities
4.1 As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to promote Diodomo products on your social media channels and other platforms as specified by the Company.
4.2 You must adhere to the guidelines and content requirements provided by Diodomo.
4.3 You are expected to maintain a positive image and refrain from any conduct that could harm Diodomo’s reputation.
5. Compensation and Perks
5.1 Ambassadors will receive exclusive perks, including personal discounts, a monthly styling stipend, and exposure across Diodomo’s media channels.
5.2 Specific compensation details will be outlined in individual agreements with selected Ambassadors.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 By participating in the Program, you grant Diodomo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content that features Diodomo products.
6.2 All content provided by you must be original and not infringe upon any third-party rights.
6.3 By submitting any content or materials to us, including but not limited to sample content or unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, you grant Diodomo the right to use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute such materials without restriction.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 As an Ambassador, you may have access to confidential information regarding Diodomo’s products, marketing strategies, and other proprietary information. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
8. Nondiscrimination
8.1 Diodomo does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants in the Program.
9. Termination
9.1 Diodomo reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
9.2 You may terminate your participation by providing written notice to Diodomo.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Diodomo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Colorado, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
12. Modification of Terms
12.1 Diodomo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
