TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction Welcome to the 3S Loyalty Program ("Program") offered by Diodomo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join the Program.
Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate in the Program.
2.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Diodomo, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Enrollment
3.1 To enroll in the Program, complete the sign-up process on our website.
3.2 Members will receive 300 bonus points upon successful enrollment.
Earning Points
4.1 Points can be earned through purchases, referrals, birthday rewards, Sustainability Giveback Bonuses, and tier advancements.
4.2 Points are awarded as follows:
- Purchases: 1 point per $1 spent (all tiers).
- Referrals: 25 points per referral if eligibility criteria are met.
- Birthday Reward: 50 points (3S Insider), 75 points (3S Icon), 150 points (3S Legend).
- Tier Jump: 225 points (3S Insider → 3S Icon), 270 points (3S Icon → 3S Legend).
Redeeming Points
5.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts, free shipping, and free gifts.
5.2 Rewards are subject to availability and may vary.
Program Tiers
6.1 The Program consists of three tiers: 3S Insider (0-2499 points), 3S Icon (2,500-4,999 points), and 3S Legend (5,000+ points).
6.2 Each tier offers increasing points redemption power.
Modifications and Termination
7.1 Diodomo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Non-Discrimination Clause
8.1 Diodomo does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Diodomo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Colorado.
