RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

At Diodomo, we strive to provide you with the highest quality made-to-order products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement. After twenty-four (24) hours, orders cannot be canceled as they enter the production process.


2. Returns

  • Eligibility: As all our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with tags (if applicable). Unfortunately, Diodomo does not accept requests for returns due to:

    • Buyer's remorse

    • Wrong sizes (Please refer to our Size Charts prior to making your purchase.)

  • Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please complete the online Return/Exchange Authorization Form. Returns must be approved by our customer service team before you send the item back. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.



3. Refunds

  • Refund Types:

    • Refund to Original Form of Payment: If you choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method, it will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

    • Refund as Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit, the refund will be processed faster, and you will earn a Sustainability Giveback Bonus of 50 3S Loyalty points. When choosing store credit, the refund will be issued to your 3S Loyalty Card, which you can access through your Member Page. If you have an available balance, you may request an exchange of store credit for a discount coupon at any time using the Coupon Request Form. The minimum request amount is $10. Your code will be e-mailed to the address associated with your member account and may be redeemed on any future purchase. Please note, processing time is 1-3 business days. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and can only be used towards products available on our website. The discount coupon does not apply toward shipping costs, and any unused balance is not recoverable.

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the manner requested on your submitted Authorization Form.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.


4. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: As all our products are made-to-order, we only accept exchanges if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with tags (if applicable). Unfortunately, Diodomo does not accept requests for exchanges due to:

    • Buyer's remorse

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable/Final Sale Items

  • Personalized Items: Personalized and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • BELL+EZZA Cosmetic Products: All cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • BIOVITALE Supplement Products: All supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • The Rage Collection: All sales are final for items purchased through The Rage.

  • Clearance Items: All sales are final for items marked as clearance.

  • LUXEPass Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.



6. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in the return instructions.

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
