SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
 

At Diodomo, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping and handling of your made-to-order products. Please review our Shipping & Handling Policy for detailed information on how we manage the shipping of your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Production Time: All items are made-to-order, typically requiring 2–5 business days for production before shipping. High-demand periods may extend this timeframe; customers will be notified of any significant delays.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If any changes are needed, please contact us immediately.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3–4 business days after production, for an estimated total delivery time of 5–9 business days from order placement.

  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically arriving within 1–3 business days after production, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–8 business days from order placement. Additional charges apply.​

  • Shipping Locations: Currently, our products ship to all 50 states and APO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated Shipping: Costs are based on the product type and destination, displayed at checkout.​

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more (subtotal before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. Certain exclusions may apply. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.​

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.​

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after shipment. If no updates appear or there are issues, contact our customer service team.


5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, contact us at support@diodomo.shop, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.​

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the item for a replacement or refund.​

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Diodomo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.


6. Special Considerations

  • Peak Seasons: Expect extended processing and shipping times during peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays). We recommend ordering early for timely delivery.​

  • Public Holidays: Shipping times may be affected by national or carrier holidays. Delays may occur.
